This is achieved by working with a network of partners, suppliers and individual vendors that we’ve built throughout the UK. Through them, we ensure enough of the right homes for us to buy, regenerate and let through our own Lettings team as seamlessly as possible.

OUR PURCHASING PROCESS
Because relationships are important to us, we always take a personal approach. Every property or portfolio sale put forward is discussed with the vendor (or their Broker) to understand the reason for sale, the required timescales and any pricing expectations.
Our Buying Team then undertake a price evaluation using our own technology, a range of widely available industry tools, and our knowledge of the local area and the condition of the property. This evaluation is then put forward for agreement and sign off before we make any offer to ensure that, if you’re happy to proceed, we can move as quickly as you need us to.
Although thorough, we undertake to complete this process within 24hrs, allowing us to make sure Vendors have clarity on the whole process and have confidence we’ll deliver on what we say we’re going to do and when.
