Prior to that Theresa was CFO at Parseq Group and Head of Commercial Finance Europe with Fellows Europe.
Steve is a founder of G2M Group. As an entrepreneur Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the residential transactional market across the UK.
Following his MBA, he transitioned into the real estate sector in 1992.
Nick is Chief Technology Officer at G2M Group. He leads the Group’s technology and digital strategy, ensuring data and systems drive efficiency and enhance resident experience.
Before joining G2M, Nick held senior technology roles across the real estate and investment sectors, specialising in digital transformation and scalable platforms.
Mike has overall responsibility for all aspects of Group finance including Performance Reporting, Treasury and Group accounting.
Prior to G2M Mike held numerous finance roles including 10 years at Frasers Group.
Louise has responsibility for all legal matters across the Group, supporting acquisitions, asset management, operations, and corporate governance activities.
Prior to joining G2M, Louise worked as a solicitor specialising in insurance, commercial real estate, and property law.
Jon brings 15 years Social and Affordable housing experience to G2M and is an Unlock Net Zero National Climate Champion and SHIFT Gold environmental accreditation recipient.
He was previously Housing Association partner lead for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
Sarah is responsible for the operational performance of G2M Group’s residential portfolio, overseeing resident services and operational delivery across the Group.
Prior to joining G2M, Sarah held senior operational leadership roles within the residential property sector specifically within the PBSA, BTR, social and wider residential market.
Emma is responsible for leading regional operations across G2M Group’s residential portfolio, overseeing operational delivery and performance across multiple locations.
Having developed her career within G2M Group, Emma has built extensive experience across resident services, operational delivery and customer engagement. She is passionate about driving high standards, supporting regional teams and delivering positive outcomes for residents, clients and stakeholders across the Group.
